Basically, your duties as a Promotion/ Event Executive are as follows:
Responsibilities - Plan, organize, coordinate layout and execute promotions for department store and shopping center
- Liaise and work closely with merchandising departments, suppliers and other third parties, to conceptualize, plan and executive promotional campaigns
- Follow through closely for all promotional activities, monitor deadlines, work closely with advertising team for advertisements and collaterals
- Source for promotion partner/s, sponsorships and/or rental partners. Conduct checks on the event areas
- Organize, send, prepare media kit, goodie bags, invitation list, KOL/bloggers search for campaign launch
