Job Description
- Monitor progress of customer orders with inter departments to ensure the completion of projects or PO and on time delivery.
- Follow up closely on sales order fulfilment and update customer order requirements and progress.
- Meeting with existing & potential customers.
- Prepare, review and administer the quotation.
- Prepare monthly sales report, track project milestones and deliverables.
- Responsible for maintaining the key customers relationship.
Qualifications
- Diploma holder or equivalent qualification from any discipline.
- Minimum 1 years of customer service/ EMS/CM /sales admin support experience from manufacturing environment will be advantage.
- Knowledge of computer literate (Microsoft office) & SAP System (advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to establish good relationships with all levels of people.
- Good planning and follow up skills. <...
