Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable (AP)
- Process supplier invoices and payments accurately and on time.
- Verify invoices against purchase orders and supporting documents.
- Maintain records of vendor accounts and payment schedules.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare payment vouchers and assist with bank transactions.
Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Issue customer invoices and credit notes.
- Monitor customer payments and outstanding balances.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and collections.
