+ Support a Vice President and Senior Director by managing complex calendars and scheduling meetings.
+ Coordinate and prepare for speaking engagements, including content and logistical arrangements.
+ Organize and plan meetings, including preparing agendas, securing locations, and managing logistics.
+ Develop travel briefings for international and large domestic trips, ensuring smooth logistics.
+ Handle confidential correspondence and approvals, acting as a proxy when authorized.
