JOB PURPOSE
To provide administrative support by effectively handling correspondence documentation and other administrative tasks. To support the Business Head by maintaining scheduling travel arrangements directing communications enquiries and supporting on key documentation preparation.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Generic Accountability
- Act as the Business Head office point of contact for all administrative requests including but not limited to management of correspondence calendars and meetings travel logistical arrangements etc.
Specific Accountability
- Provide efficient secretarial and administrative support to the Business Head where needed and assist in all daily activities in a confidential manner to ensure the effective operations.
