Role: Personal Assistant /Executive Assistant

Location: Ahmedabad (Thaltej)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM


Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Personal Assistant/ Executive Assistant with strong time management and coordination skills to support daily operations and client interactions.



Key Responsibilities:

- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar

- Coordinate client meetings (one-to-one & group)

- Handle basic social media coordination

- Ensure smooth daily planning and time management
