Business Systems & Technology Lead

Dreamlab is seeking an experienced Business Systems & Technology Lead to help build and scale the technology, systems, and operational infrastructure of a growing international group of businesses.

This is a highly hands‑on role for someone who enjoys solving business problems through technology, enabling teams to work more effectively, and introducing practical automation and AI‑driven workflows. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to management and operating teams across the group.
