Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars to ensure optimal scheduling of meetings and appointments while prioritizing executive time.
- Act as a gatekeeper by screening communications, determining priority issues, and ensuring timely responses and efficient information flow.
- Create a daily schedule of activities for the boss.
- Respond to office calls and emails.
- Perform general administrative duties.
- Assist with travel arrangements and hospitality coordination.
- Arrange events and functions.
- Type and compile reports.
- Be available for any work‑related activities ordered as needed.
- Handle miscellaneous tasks, including occasional travel.
