Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars to ensure optimal scheduling of meetings and appointments while prioritizing executive time.
  • Act as a gatekeeper by screening communications, determining priority issues, and ensuring timely responses and efficient information flow.
  • Create a daily schedule of activities for the boss.
  • Respond to office calls and emails.
  • Perform general administrative duties.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and hospitality coordination.
  • Arrange events and functions.
  • Type and compile reports.
  • Be available for any work‑related activities ordered as needed.
  • Handle miscellaneous tasks, including occasional travel.
