Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive  Executive Assistant   to support the Director’s Office. This role requires strong coordination skills to manage communication between the Founder’s Office and the Finance team, while ensuring smooth execution of internal and external meetings. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, highly reliable, and comfortable handling confidential information.



Key Responsibilities

Internal Coordination

  • Act as a coordinator for  Directors’ daily, weekly meetings, and Monthly Management Review meetings , including scheduling, agenda preparation, documentation, and follow-ups.
