  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, visa applications, and expense claims.

  • Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, meeting materials, and other confidential documents.

  • Liaise with senior management, business partners, financial institutions, auditors, and other key stakeholders.

  • Coordinate and support corporate events and external engagements, including investor and lender presentations, banking-related meetings, quarterly audit meetings, business dinners, offsite meetings, and other executive events.

  • Provide administrative support to members of the Finance leadership team, including travel coordination and meeting arrangements as required.

  • Maintain and organise records, correspondence, filing systems, and other administrative documentation.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental processes and administrative procedures.
