The Executive Assistant is required to provide admin support to the team of servicers and ensure proper documentation for each policy placed and be up to date with all electronic filing matters.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Account Servicing team and ensure proper documentation trail when policies are placed.
  • Able to handle Foreign Worker Bonds placement independently.
  • Prepare coverage summary, cover note, Certificate of Insurance, enclosure letters etc.
  • Assist with the invoicing for the Account Servicing Team. Ensure all correspondences and documentations are electronically filed in the company’s documentation storage systems.
  • Update expiry list for the department you are handling and policy renewal status
  • Assist in preparation of marketing materials and renewal data.
