About the Role:
The Executive Assistant to the leadership management will play a critical role in providing high-level administrative and strategic support. This position requires a proactive professional who can manage priorities, handle confidential information, coordinate across departments, and ensure smooth execution of organizational initiatives in the US Healthcare (RCM) domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
To prepare the meeting summary, reports, and presentations, ensuring the leadership team is fully prepared for discussions.
Prepare minutes of meetings, follow up on actionable items, and ensure closure.
Assist in planning and executing leadership meetings, board reviews, and business reviews.
Coordinate with department heads (Operations, HR, Finance, IT, etc.) to ensure timely updates and follow-ups.
