Job Summary
Drive daily operations, recruitment coordination, and HR admin support to ensure smooth execution and team alignment. Key Responsibilities
Operations & Internal Coordination
. Track and follow up with sales and project teams on pending tasks and updates . Ensure timely updates in system and proper information flow . Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth daily operations . Identify delays or gaps and take action to resolve them Recruitment & Hiring Coordination
. Review, shortlist, and follow up with candidates . Arrange interviews and manage recruitment pipeline . Coordinate onboarding process with new hires Customer Service & Lead Coordination
. Respond to WhatsApp and social media enquiries . Qualify leads and assign to the sales team . Follow up on appointment scheduling and basic enquiries . Occasional after-hours or weekend follow-ups when required (not frequent) Reporting & Administration
