We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
+ Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and meeting notes
+ Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
+ Screen and prioritize incoming communications (email, phone calls, correspondence)
+ Assist with preparation of presentations, reports, and confidential documents
+ Handle expense reporting and basic budget tracking as needed
