Job Description
Provides direct administrative support to the Executive while overseeing daily office operations. Ensures efficient coordination of schedules, documents, communication, and general administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support
- Manage Executive's calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Screen and respond to emails, calls, and correspondence
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending tasks
- Arrange travel bookings and itineraries
- Administrative Functions
- Maintain filing system (physical and digital)
- Prepare memos, letters, and internal communications
- Assist in HR documentation (contracts, 201 files, attendance monitoring)
