Job Responsibilities
Assist Managing Director in coordinating general administration matters and company-wide follow-up actions.
Act as a communication bridge with related HOD/Employees for alignment of company objectives, departmental goals, and management directions.
Coordinate with Heads of Department on the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of the company’s Balanced Scorecard and Key Result Areas
Follow up with relevant departments to ensure deadlines, deliverables, and management instructions are completed on time.
Identify communication gaps, pending matters, or misalignment between departments and addressing the issues
Support internal coordination for management reviews, business planning sessions, performance review meetings, and company initiatives.
To take care of administrative works by leading an administrative executive for the sustaining of office facilities and utilities
