Job Description
As an expert consultant to bakeries, you will oversee various aspects of production, recipe development and quality control to ensure the creation of high-quality pastry products. Your role will involve both operational management and innovation to drive consistency, creativity and will also contribute to the company's growth and menu items that appeal to a diverse customer base.
Key Responsibilities: Quality & Monitoring ✔ Regularly monitor and assess the quality of buns and other bakery products produced in the central kitchen and distributed across various outlets. ✔ Implement and oversee stringent quality control measures to ensure consistency and adherence to company's standards.
