Founded September 19, 1865, as Atlanta University; consolidated with Clark College (1869) to form Clark Atlanta University in 1988.

This is a somewhat complex operation featuring in excess of 2,000 residential dining meal plan participants. Residential operation features a variety of just-in-time cooking formats.
