**Role Overview**

**Sodexo** is seeking an **Executive Chef 2** for **University of Nebraska Omaha- Dodge Campus** located in **Omaha, Nebraska.** The Executive Chef will oversee the growing catering business and the Retail dining on campus.Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. **What You'll Do**

+ be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting;
