**Role Overview**

**Sodexo** is seeking an **Executive Chef 3** for a 600 bed, two hospital acute care system located in **Trenton and Hopewell Township, NJ** . In this lead culinary role, you will direct and participate in all of the food production operations for their full-service Cafe, Catering and Patient Meal Services utilizing the speciality meal program At Your Request. Responsibilities will include: menu planning, hands-on food prep, food & labor costing, inventory/purchasing, training, scheduling and supervision of 50 union and non-union hourly associates.
