Job Description

An Executive Chef at AYANA champions storytelling through food, curating culinary journeys that reflect the

uphold uncompromising standards in quality, creativity and guest experience. They develop and manage large

kitchen teams, design innovative menus, control costs and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene

standards. They also coordinate across departments, oversee inventory and supplier relationships and drive

guest satisfaction through exceptional culinary experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Diploma III Hospitality degree (Preferred: Chefs School)
  • English excellent command of spoken and written, is necessary
  • 5 Years’ experience in an equivalent position in an upscale hospitality environment.
  • Previous working experience in an international 5-star environment
