Job Description

Location: 4314 Main Street, Town Plaza Whistler, BC V8E 1A8

Salary: $80,000 annually

Hours: 32 to 40 per week

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full time

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Work Location: Must be performed at the physical location. No remote work option.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory
  • Analyze operating costs and other data
  • Demonstrate recent cooking techniques and equipment to cooking staff
  • Supervise activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers
  • Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions
