What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire the culinary team across all food operations
• Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and safety
• Manage scheduling, labour, food cost, inventory, and purchasing
• Coach and mentor kitchen leaders and team members
• Collaborate with hotel leadership to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction
• Support menu development and seasonal features
• Build a positive, accountable, and high-performing kitchen culture
