This is your opportunity to join our team, as we reimagine our restaurant, and prepare to launch Brisbane’s newest grill experience. We’re looking for an Executive Chef who will pioneer a new standard of service, and create memorable dining experiences through their passion for first class cuisine. You’ll get to work alongside some of the industry’s most well regarded hospitality consultants, as you shape our culinary identity.

As the leader of our culinary offering, you will manage the kitchen brigade through their day-to-day operations, setting a high standard of food quality and presentation.
