Key Accountabilities

1. General Responsibilities
   1. Implement the operational requirements for Content Review, in line with the overall Content Review strategy, vision and goals.
   2. Work collaboratively with the Content Review team, to ensure smooth and on-time delivery of services to applicants.
   3. Provide metrics and supporting documents to the Head of Content Review, to support with the monthly KPI reports.
