The Outbound Executive is responsible for efficiently managing the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process; from sales order creation to customer cash collection, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams like Sales Managers, Sales Specialists, Inbound Specialists, Planners and external parties like Logistics Service Providers (LSP) and customers to optimize outbound processes and ensuring customer satisfaction in compliance with trade regulations and company policies.
