We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and visionary Executive Director to lead our new development in Tillsonburg, Ontario. Reporting to the Vice President, Long‑Term Care, the Executive Director will be a catalyst for positive change—driving operational excellence while championing a culture rooted in innovation, engagement, and continuous improvement.
