Role based out of Singapore with the purpose to –
- facilitate origination of Corporate Finance transactions in Asia which primarily covers Loan Capital Markets and Debt Capital Markets working together with IB and CCB coverage teams in Asia and product teams in UAE.
- facilitate Loan Syndicate & Distribution (LSD) team to develop strategic relationships with banks & financial institutions across Asia in order to understand their credit appetite and loan activities with an objective to identify bookrunning / underwriting / sell down opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Loan Portfolio Management (LPM) team in UAE Head Office to build and support effective portfolio monitoring and management for the GCF loan assets booked in Asia offices.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES The Executive Director, Asia Global Corporate Finance reports to Head of Loan Syndicate, Distribution & Portfolio Management functionally and Country CEO, Singapore locally.
