Overview

Beardwood Hospital is a well established business that is continuing on a trajectory of growth. The hospital has enjoyed consistent growth over recent years resulting in the need to appoint a dedicated full‑time Executive Director to lead the business to the next level. The hospital has three theatres plus a minor operating facility, a newly built digital imaging suite including MRI and CT, 10 consulting rooms and 18 in‑patient beds, as well as a 6‑bedded day casesuite and an ambulatory treatment unit. This is a full‑time permanent role and will require some regional and national travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the hospital and its management team, acting as a role model, mentor and coach to the hospital team.
• Ensure the hospital team delivers safe, effective, caring and responsive patient care in a high‑quality clinical environment, maximising financial and operational performance.
