Structural Integrity Associates (SIA) is seeking an Executive Director, Nuclear Materials & Analytical Services to lead and grow a multidisciplinary engineering organization supporting the commercial nuclear operating fleet through integrated engineering, inspection, monitoring, software, and analytical services.The position can be remote or onsite at any one of our office locations This role is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational performance, technical direction, and continued growth of SIA’s Materials and Analytical Services organization.

The organization supports nuclear utilities through engineering programs associated with structural integrity, materials degradation, fatigue, fracture mechanics, finite element analysis (FEA), probabilistic analysis, inspection and monitoring technologies, nondestructive examination (NDE), aging management, software-enabled engineering solutions, and long-term asset reliability programs.
