Role: Executive Director
Reporting To: Board of Directors
This appointment forms part of a Board-led leadership succession following the long-serving tenure of the current Executive Director. The incoming Executive Director will be entrusted with stewarding CARE Singapore into its next phase of organisational maturity, sustainability, and impact—building on a strong mission, established programmes, and a credible reputation within the social service sector.
The Executive Director (ED) is the chief executive of CARE Singapore, accountable to the Board for the organisation’s strategic direction, operational effectiveness, financial sustainability, and mission integrity. The ED will provide stable, values-driven leadership during a period of transition while strengthening systems, leadership capacity, and stakeholder confidence for long-term continuity.
