Reporting to the Assistant Deputy Minister (ADM), Water and Circular Economy, the Executive Director will lead the Water Availability and Partnerships branch. Responsibilities include:

• Developing policies for surface water and groundwater availability, allocation and efficient use, along with wetlands.
• Ensuring effective environmental education and outreach through the Bow Habitat Station, the department Contact Centre, and school and community programs.
• Coordinating provincial partnerships, water well driller licensing, and the Working Well program.
