Job Description
What You'll Do: - Ensure that all projects to be implemented are completed on time, within approved project costs and of quality consistent with the contract specifications and statutory compliance.
- Able to carry out trending and analysis on data into useful information
- Prepare tender specifications for maintenance and replacement of building services
- Oversee and manage the building / system monitoring system
- Supervising the installation of contractor programs
- Co-ordinate with consultant, contractor and site staff to ensure that M&E/building servicesequipment supplied is of good quality and installed with a high standard of workmanship
- Collaborate and work together with the team members for the design concept arising from new project proposal
- Work closely with Procurement team for the calling of tenders.
