Job Description
Business & Process Analysis
• Partner with Process Leads and Operations teams to support Order to Cash or Purchase-To-Pay and General Ledger activities, including defining business scenarios and preparing comprehensive test scripts.
• Analyze and translate business requirements into well-structured Functional Specifications and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for rollout.
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in the workflows and recommend process improvements.
User Engagement & Testing
• Capture, document, and refine end-user workflows to support process improvement and system usability.
• Prepare users for testing activities through training, scenario planning, and hands-on coaching.
• Conduct detailed system checks and develop test scripts for all testing phases, including critical functional tests.
