Position Summary
In accordance with the policies, procedures and standards of Melco Resorts Leisure (PHP) Corporation, the Executive Housekeeper, is responsible for the management of all guest rooms and public area cleaning, maintenance and waste management.
Primary Responsibilities
- Effective and efficient management of Guest Rooms and Floors Cleaning Programs in the assigned areas.
- Manage the day to day operations of the department with the ability to maximize productivity and minimize operating costs.
- Coordinate all cleaning activities with relevant departments to achieve desired results with minimum disruption to the Hotels, Food and Beverage and Casino operations.
- Coordinate training programs for cleaning, fostering the career development of all team members.
