Job Description
This role reports to the Executive Assistant Manager.
Job Responsibilities - Provides leadership, supervision and direction to the housekeeping team with a strong focus on guest services, training and safety.
- Develops, implements and maintains International upscale hotel standards of cleanliness, guest service provision, organization, controls and reporting.
- Oversees day-to-day cleaning operations, including guest rooms, public areas and laundry.
- Regularly inspects rooms and public areas, ensuring all facilities meet or exceed brand standards.
- Upholds a high standard of cleanliness and presentation throughout the property.
- Establishes and enforces strict cleaning standards, procedures and safety protocols.
- Handles guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping, striving for quick and effective resolution.
