This role reports to the Executive Assistant Manager.

• Provides leadership, supervision and direction to the housekeeping team with a strong focus on guest services, training and safety.
• Develops, implements and maintains International upscale hotel standards of cleanliness, guest service provision, organization, controls and reporting.
• Oversees day-to-day cleaning operations, including guest rooms, public areas and laundry.
• Regularly inspects rooms and public areas, ensuring all facilities meet or exceed brand standards.
• Upholds a high standard of cleanliness and presentation throughout the property.
• Establishes and enforces strict cleaning standards, procedures and safety protocols.
• Handles guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping, striving for quick and effective resolution.
