Job Description

Coordinate Training Arrangements

  • Coordinate training arrangements including venue booking, registration, attendance tracking, and training logistics.
  • Maintain and update training calendars, training records, and certificate tracking.
  • Prepare and manage HRDF-related documentation and submission support.
  • Liaise with training vendors, internal stakeholders, and participants to ensure smooth training execution.

Recruitment Coordination

  • Coordinate interview scheduling and align interviewer availability.
  • Arrange interview venues, online meeting links, and candidate communication.
  • Support recruitment tracking and maintain recruitment documentation.
