Responsibilities

• Achieve at least 5% increment of total patient retention compared to previous year as a collective team effort.
• Achieve at least 5% increment of overall sales growth compared to previous year as a collective team effort.
• Achieve at least 5% increment of sales growth from corporate clients compared to previous year.
• Maintain visit and engagement activities/programs with corporate clients to meet annual targets.
• Empanel at least 8 new corporate clients annually.
• Handle and facilitate social media and content creation for KPJ Perlis Specialist Hospital, including updates and monitoring.
• Organize and co-organize internal and external events at least three times per month.
• Participate actively in integral marketing events such as booth programs, external health screenings, GP CME, insurance engagements, antenatal classes, and GP symposiums.
