Executive, Network Standards & Development (Automotive)

As the Executive, Network Standards & Development, you are the primary enforcer and facilitator of CARSOME’s dealership standards. You support the Head of Department in executing the strategic roadmap, ensuring that every branch strictly adheres to our physical and operational DNA.

You will serve as the bridge between the strategic vision and ground-level reality, frequently travelling to sites to conduct audits, manage contractors, and ensure the CARSOME Experience is consistent, compliant, and seamless.

Responsibilities

• Standards Compliance & Auditing (The Enforcer)
  Conduct scheduled and surprise visits to branches to ensure compliance against the Dealership Standard Checklist. Identify non-compliance issues and issue rectification notices to Branch Managers.
