Experience: Above 10 years’ experience overall and 3 to 5 years’ experience in handling PMO function.
Travel: Appx. 10% depending on the job need.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure project governance – Organization’s rules, processes, and workflows are defined.
- Provide correct data to all stakeholders so that the correct decision is made on time
- Create & maintain knowledge repository (lessons learnt, best practices etc)
- Review QMS documents & workflow and modify the documents as per the need.
- Setting the project budget, monitor project financials and highlight the deviations
- Prepare management reports
- Monitor risk identification & mitigation actions of project management team
