Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence: Supervise the operation of assigned rides and shows, ensuring safety, service excellence, operational efficiency, and show quality. Perform Duty Supervisor responsibilities, including responding to guest concerns, operational issues, and coordinating with internal departments. Maintain strong working relationships with other business units to achieve departmental goals. Ensure that the cleanliness and maintenance standards of rides are consistently met.
Safety & Compliance: Review and revise safety procedures and documentation to ensure a safe environment for guests and team members. Conduct safety training and ensure completion of training documentation for team members.
Team Leadership & Development: Provide coaching, counseling, and performance reviews for team members. Support the development of Relief Leads and Status Leads. Foster a guest-centric culture by encouraging team members to engage with guests.
