Job Description

  • Coordinate for IT support calls to resident engineers based on priority (Hardware / Software Calls) lead and manage IT support team to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Monitoring of PAV activities.
  • Oversee IT asset management, including stock management and the issuance of IT assets to bank officers.
  • Coordinate for e-waste disposal with branch officials and support.
  • Collaborate with the security team for the enabling or deletion of host ID. Coordinate with the NAC (Network Access Control) team to coordinate IP unlock & whitelisting requests.
  • Collaborate with ITD (Information Technology Department) for the successful opening of new branches and branch shifting.
  • Coordinate with the network team during branch shutdowns to enable necessary processes.
  • Collaborate with network ITD for the arrangement of IT equipment during shutdowns.
