- OptimizeSupplyChainProcessesbydefiningprojectscopeandobjectiveswhichinvolveallrelevantstakeholders.
- ManageprojectsandexecuteprocessimprovementinitiativesaffectingfunctionsinOperationsandmayspanonacountryorregionalscale(e.g.ASEAN).
- Preparedetailedplanstotrackprojectperformanceandassuretimelycompletionandachievementofdeliverables
- Ensuredeploymentofcommonsolutionsacrossdivisionsandbusinessesandimplementbestpractices
- ServeasthemainpointofcontactbetweenZALORAandmultipleentitieswhichincludesgovernmentagenciesanddepartments.
- Assistthemanagerindevelopingoperationsperformanceandmetricsdashboard;monitorperformanceandimprovementinkeymetrics
