We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Team Assistant to join the London office for our client, a global alternative investment manager. This is a unique role supporting the Fundamental Investment team, giving you scope to use your extensive organisational skills, as well as develop your understanding and knowledge of the Teams’ work. This role is first and foremost about classic team assistant duties; diary management, high-volume meeting scheduling, and coordination, requiring exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to keep pace in a fast-moving environment.
You will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings across multiple time zones, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities. Working closely with other Assistants globally, you will help deliver seamless scheduling, particularly around busy periods, conferences, and key market events.
