Job Description
Responsibilities - Support the management and delivery of SG Cares programme‑funded initiatives, ensuring all key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. Oversee operational risk, quality assurance, and compliance to maintain the integrity and impact of volunteer‑led programmes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including community partners and volunteers, using various engagement platforms.
- Lead the planning and execution of volunteer recognition and engagement activities to foster a positive, motivated volunteer base.
