What You'll Do:
Lead and manage a team of officers in implementing distribution departmental and network reinforcement projects to ensure consumer demand and network security are met efficiently. Conduct thorough risk assessments for all project works carried out and develop comprehensive safe work procedures to mitigate potential hazards. Supervise contractors' work diligently, ensuring that all projects are executed in accordance with ISO Quality Procedures and Operating Instructions, safe work procedures, good engineering practices, and that cables/equipment installed comply with specifications. Ensure proper management of the project budget. Attend to customers' issue and feedback promptly, providing effective solutions to maintain customer satisfaction. Perform meticulous site management and oversee contractors' work to guarantee project success.
