Responsibilities

• Tenant Acquisition: Source and secure new tenants that align with the mall’s brand while meeting specific leasing and occupancy targets.
• Lease Management: Oversee the full leasing lifecycle - from negotiation and legal documentation to tenancy renewals and relationship management.
• Strategic Support: Assist the Leasing Manager with market analysis, rental rate strategy, and monitoring competitor retail developments.
• Financial & Data Oversight: Manage rental and deposit collections and analyze tenant sales performance to track overall mall health.
• Cross‑functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments (Legal, Finance, Ops, Fit‑out) to ensure seamless lease execution and mall standards.
