Summary You will serve as a Exhibit Specialist (General) of NATIONAL MUSEUM. Responsibilities You will contribute to the planning, producing and maintaining of exhibits for the museum You will perform all phases of surface preparation for finishing of exhibit cases and panels using hand and machine tools You will work from scale layouts, rough sketches, models or oral or verbal instructions without the benefit of existing pictures and in accordance with established exhibit production policies, methods and techniques, to prepare finished exhibits. You will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of exhibits, including electronic equipment used as exhibit components. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-11 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
