Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, development, and execution of international expansion and strategic growth initiatives, including market entry strategies, business expansion frameworks, operating processes, and new market setup to support scalable business growth.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across business units including operations, finance, merchandising, HR, IT, marketing, legal, and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of expansion projects and store rollout activities.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, site analysis, and commercial assessments to support strategic decision-making and expansion planning.
