Position Information

Status: Seasonal Full-Time, Subject to Seasonal Layoff

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Reports To: Operations Manager / Crew Foreman

$500 sign on bonus to be paid to experienced equipment operators only. To be paid $250 after 30 and $250 after 60 days of full time employment.

Position Summary

T&K Asphalt Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled and dependable Equipment Operator to support asphalt, maintenance, construction, and snow operations throughout the year. This position is responsible for safely operating a variety of equipment, including skid steers, excavators, snow plows, and specialized attachments, while assisting with equipment transportation, preventative maintenance, and daily operational activities.
